We've lived here for several years after a move from CO, so the easiest thing was to just bring our Honda to the dealership. A friend recommended this shop a while ago and I regret for not making the switch. They outlined all the expenses, explained the difference between our car needing a transmission flush and the car maker "recommending" it, which is usually 10,000 miles sooner than necessary! I've had more flushes and smaller maintenance things done on our 2015 than really needed, so I appreciate them educating me in such a professional demeanor.

Dropped my car off unannounced on a Wednesday. Said they would not be able get to it for a couple of days. They called me the same afternoon to say it would be done the next day. Holy cow!

Of late I have been oil change challenged and this time was no different. All of the sudden I was 1400 miles over. I stopped in first thing on a Monday morning and Tri City was able to fit me in and they were very pleasant to work with. I am a new customer and now will be going back and getting my oil changes ON schedule. Thank you Carl for helping me out on a busy Monday morning!
