Exceptional service, as always.

Had to take my car in after busting my radiator leading to over heating. We were in a pinch trying to make an important appointment in Ann Arbor. I'm fairly certain the guy who helped was Tyler (sorry I'm bad with names), but he was amazing. He did everything possible to ensure we would be able to make the appointment through other means. We unfortunately couldn't make it, but it wasn't from a lack of effort. They did good work on my car to ensure I'd be safe to make my 2 1/2 hour trip back home. I hope never to have that issue again out there lol but if I did this is the place I'd go.

Happy they service hybrids, and for way less than the dealership. Oil change was really reasonably priced as well, my coworkers were surprised by how little it was. The loaner was really convenient and made it so easy. I will be back for maintenance, definitely.

Needed new tires - they set me up with options so I could pick what I wanted from a few choices and away we went. They were flexible with my schedule and even let me use the loaner car for the day - an easy go of it all around. And free rotations for life on tires you purchase there?! YES Please! I rotated my tires myself one time and found out how aluminum rims can practically 'weld' themselves to your hubs!!! Glad they will take care of it now!

I am so impressed by this shop. The guys took their time to explain every detail to me when I brought my Jeep there for a wheel alignment. Its nice to have a local shop you can trust and feel good about.

Very grateful for my experience with this team. I always dread taking my car in to a shop to get fixed, but I saw that Tri City had good reviews so I used their online appointment options and had a confirmed date and time for my vehicle! They got started on my car early, sent updates with cost estimates, and Carl in the front office was checking in and transparent through the whole process. I’m happy customer and their work was done quickly to get me back on the road! Highly recommend them for for the Spring Lake/Grand Haven area!

Excellent repairs. Solved mechanical problems with ease

I needed AC work done on my daughter's car in the middle of August and they got me in and finished in one day. PLUS, they have the BEST, most thorough communication for quotes I have ever encountered. Would definitely recommend!
