Tri City has been our go to service center since relocating back to Michigan. Being a bit of a gearhead, I always have a pretty good idea of what work my cars need. I'm happy to say these guys are straight up honest and helpful. They helped my wife with a tire issue and kept me up to date with what was going on even though I was on the West Coast and only available via text. Definitely recommend them if you have a vehicle problem!

Impressive level of service. Very thorough periodic oil change. Informative systems check providing a road map, timeframe for needed work, and considerations relevant to the owner's plans/situation.

Being a boomer, I have problems with all the computer, pictures, and additional problems that need to be either approved or disapproved by text. Other than that, the work was done correctly and expediently. Plus they gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up when the vehicle was completed.

Tyler is professional, polite, and caring. Chad was very detailed with his work and yet got the job done quickly. I trust this company to be honest. They take time to explain and listen. They have never pushed me to get anything done.
