Every aspect of this business screams the customer is first! This whole family takes such pride in their business and how they promote themselves. I have had excellent service every time I have utilized them ... many different concerns. The report they give you is so thorough and easy to understand (there's even pictures) I highly recommend them with no hesitation, knowing that there family truly is looking out for our family!

The girls in the office are so helpful and make the process go smoothly. I had lots of questions and they answered them without making me feel stupid :). They are honest while getting the job done quickly. I was taking my truck to the dealership because of my extended warranty but I wasn't always happy with the service. Tri City Auto worked with my warranty company and I feel I got a much more honest opinion of what my vehicle needed. I highly recommend.

They are great!! I always get a quality fix with the best replacement. And with my vehicle needing multiple fixes they told me which ones should have priority. A family business with experienced and intelligent mechanics and staff. They have integrity in a world where it is difficult to find! I have complete confidence in my car when I leave!! I am greatful for their wisdom and kindness and would definitely recommend!
