Four new tires mounted and balanced perfectly on my Porsche. Not a scratch on the wheels and perfect balance at speeds up to 100 mph. Great job by Ron and assistants.

Tri-City Auto is fantastic. They are a very friendly family run business. Their people really know their stuff and operate with integrity (which is always my worry when looking to get repairs done). Tri-City was able to take a look at my wife's Escape, gave me a quote on what needed to be repaired, and let me pick which items I wanted to tackle in that visit. They also gave me some general recommendations to extend the life of my vehicle (not selling me extra stuff, just advice). My actual cost ended up cheaper then what they initially quoted as some of the work didn't take as long as estimated. I'm not sure if other places are slightly cheaper, but I value the piece of mind knowing the work was done right, and they are honest people. They also seem to be active in the GH/SL community and always represent and promote local businesses in their office. Absolutely would recommend Tri-City to anyone.

Tri-City Auto handles repairs and maintenance on all of our fleet vehicles. I have found their pricing to be very fair, and they always look for potential problems ahead and let me know about it so i can consider those repairs down the road -- they are not pushy and don't try to talk you into something you don't need - ever. Taryn and Stephanie in the office are very professional and always keep in good communication with us when we have vehicles being worked on. Occasionally we have needed a loaner vehicle and that has been very helpful. Plus, their new facility is outstanding.
