Kelly Kamin-Grimes, I don't understand how you can feel good about giving us 1 star. We did a great job replacing the engine on your 2018 Pacifica Touring L Plus. We had no choice, but to put a mechanics lien on it when your husband revealed you didn't have the money to pay for it. That is something he should have told us before the work was approved. We have no interest in doing work people can't pay for. I only wish you had taken better care of it. Now I'll have to put more of my money into clean up just to get my money back out of it. I think you know that no company intentionally does work for customers that can't pay for. That's not how businesses work.
