Great job!

Our Organization brought in a vehicle for what we thought would be just a repair of a leak. The Tri City Auto Repair team did a complete safety inspection and presented a complete account of everything they looked, itemized and prioritized everything that needed to be done along with photos! I've never seen anything so thorough before from an auto repair shop. When I called to talk about the report their technician spoke honestly about the repairs needed and why he felt the repairs would be in vain considering the state of the vehicle. He could have easily told me that all these repairs needed to be done, ran up a sizable estimate, and chances are we would have paid it. As a Non-Profit Organization we always need to weigh & measure how we utilize our funds. The Tri City Auto Repair's honesty and integrity was greatly appreciated. We won't hesitate to bring our next vehicle to them for service & repairs. Thank You Tri City Auto Repair!

Our AC stopped working as we were driving 600+ miles to Muskegon for a family reunion. Tri City Auto was recommended on the AAA website and I requested an appointment through the AAA portal. Tri City responded very quickly by email and had us in for an appointment the next day. The communication was excellent by phone, email and text message. They quickly found the problem and had the needed part ordered and installed before our return trip home. The staff is extremely knowledgable, courteous and nice. So, grateful they could help us.
