Lexus had been servicing my vehicle since being purchased 7 years ago, so I wanted to find someone I could trust to maintain my vehicle at a. High level. At Tri City, I believe I have found what I was looking for. Professional, courteous, competent, and most of all they have a strong desire to care for my vehicle like it was their own. And I loved the detailed report provided afterwards in my vehicle. I definitely feel I am in good hands.

Even with the service being on the pricier side of things it was worth every penny! They were very understanding, great with communication, extremely patient, avaliable for questions and even went the extra mile help when I was need (especially when I was having warranty issues). I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality and excellent service!

$240 for a diagnostic because they check your fluids etc. No way would I pay that when I do all the maintenance myself. Should be $50 for the simple quick diagnosis.
